A festival celebrating the beauty and fragrance of roses
The Kinkowan Park Flower Festival is held every April. Around 1,500 roses from 250 species grow in the Rose Garden, and visitors can enjoy the beauty and fragrance of the countless flowers when they are in full bloom.
