Shaved ice made of natural water by an ice manufacturer
Yanagawa Hyoshitsu was established nearly 40 years ago. Its ice is created by slowly freezing water from the Oshigetani water source. Shaved ice made from this ice is fine and fluffy and becomes even tastier when the shop’s special milk together with one of more than 20 available syrups is placed on top The shop offers the “Premium Series” that includes Shirokuma, Kagoshima’s specialty, and other kinds of shaved ice with pulp.
