A long-established Kagoshima ramen shop founded in 1950
Plenty of crisp sliced cabbage, light, mild but flavorful soup and medium thin straight soft noodles…together they make this unique Kagoshima ramen popular.While preserving tradition, the shop has also adapted to modern times by offering a vegan-friendly menu (available only at the Tenmonkan branch, limited to 10 servings per day for now). There is a second location in Amu Plaza Kagoshima.
