Kurobuta pork shabu shabu served with soba soup
Ichiniisan’s kurobuta pork shabu shabu is served with authentic traditional soba soup which brings out the flavor of kurobuta pork. Carefully selected Roppaku kurobuta pork belly has tender red meat and tasty fat. There are two sister restaurants: Ichiniisan Kagoshima Honten and Ichiniisan Amu Plaza.
