Tender and tasty "Roppaku Kurobuta pork"

Juan's Kurobuta pork is carefully selected to only be "Roppaku Kurobuta pork" that is soft with a unique flavor. It comes from Watanabe Berkshire Farm, where the pigs are raised with special feed. The rice served is "Isa rice," a brand of rice produced in the Isa region of Kagoshima Prefecture, and is slowly cooked over the restaurant's signature kamado stove.
