使用精選鹿兒島食材與醬油的自助式吃到飽

使用鹿兒島當季食材，以及老牌味噌與醬油的釀造商──吉村釀造株式會社（SAKURA KANEYO）的調味料烹調而成的自助式吃到飽午餐。在這裡可以品嘗到以當地食材、蔬菜為主的料理，以及使用鏑流馬農場（Yabusame Farm）的雞蛋製成的生蛋拌飯。這裡同時也是「鹿兒島調味料的推廣空間」，可以嘗試吉村釀造株式會社的各種調味料。此外也有醬油霜淇淋與糰子等輕食菜單。
